Standard Cutting Order — What We Recommend to Take the Guesswork Out of Your First Order

When you're considering purchasing a whole hog, one of the most common questions we hear is: "What exactly will I get?" It's a great question! While you have complete freedom to customize your cutting order to your family's preferences, we know that level of choice can feel overwhelming — especially if you've never ordered a whole hog before.

That's where our standard cutting order comes in. This tried-and-true combination gives you a good variety of cuts and it takes the guesswork out of the process. Understanding what cuts you'll receive helps you plan your meals, organize your freezer space, and get the most value from your investment as you sample the best of what a pig has to offer.

This standard cutting order is ideal for first-time customers who want to experience the full range of what our pork has to offer.

After you've had a chance to cook with these cuts and discover your family's favorites, you can easily customize future orders to get more of what works best for your family. This standard order is a great place to start out!
