Make your half or full hog experience easier by choosing the “Standard Cut Option”, this is our most popular cut.
If you choose this option, we will call the processor for you to submit your order.
Approximate cost $1000 for 200 lb hog which includes processing fees. (The actual cost will vary depending on the size of the hog.. this is a ballpark figure)
Approx $550 for 100lb half hog which includes processing fees (The actual cost will vary depending on the size of the hog.. this is a ballpark figure)

When you buy a whole or half hog in bulk, you get to choose your processing and cuts for custom control — here’s a basic breakdown:

Any cuts you won’t use can easily be turned into ground pork, sausage, or delicious brats — choose what works best for your household!
You will also have the option of organ meats, heart, liver, head and lard.
How does it work?
1. Reserve Your Hog
Place your order to hold your spot for the next available pig.
2. We’ll Contact You
Once you make your deposit, Brittany will reach out to walk you through the process and keep you updated along the way, so you know exactly what to expect.
3. Get Your Butcher Date
About a week before processing, you’ll get your butcher date. If you choose the Standard Cut option, we’ll make the call for you. Or call Davis Meat in Jonesburg, MO to customize your cuts.
4. Pay for the Hog
After processing, we’ll email you the hanging weight and your total cost. This payment goes directly to Sullivan Farms.
5. Pick Up & Pay for Processing
Bring a cooler and pick up your pork at Davis Meat, you’ll pay them directly for the processing.

+ How long does it take to eat a whole hog?
Eating pork three times a week, it will take a family about six months to eat a whole hog.
+ How much freezer space do I need?
Whole Hog: 7 cubic feet
Half Hog: 3.5 cubic feet
+ How much does it cost?
Whole Hog: $3.75/lb plus processing (typical hanging weight is 150-230lbs)
Half Hog: $4/lb plus processing (typical hanging weight is 80-120lbs)
The processing cost varies, depending on how you get your meat cut up. You will be responsible for the processing cost separately, upon picking up your meat.
