At Sullivan Farms, our priority is delivering fresh, high-quality meat safely and responsibly. Because of the nature of our products, most orders are handled through local pickup or delivery, with shipping available only in limited situations.
Local Pickup (Primary Method)
Most Sullivan Farms orders are fulfilled through local pickup.
Pickup locations, dates, and times will be communicated at the time of purchase or order confirmation. Once an order is picked up, responsibility for proper handling, transport, and storage transfers to the customer.
Local Delivery (By Request)
Local delivery may be available upon request and must be arranged in advance.

Sullivan Farms reserves the right to:

Limit delivery areas

Charge delivery fees

Decline delivery requests at our discretion
Once delivery is completed, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
Limited Shipping Availability
We do not regularly ship fresh meat.
Shipping is limited to:

Non-perishable products, or

Fresh or frozen meat in special, pre-approved circumstances only
Any shipping of meat:

Is subject to weather conditions, carrier reliability, and food safety considerations
We reserve the right to refuse shipping requests.
Shipping Costs & Responsibility
If shipping is approved:

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, Sullivan Farms is not responsible for delivery delays, damage, or temperature issues caused by the carrier
Incorrect or Incomplete Information
Sullivan Farms is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or losses resulting from:

Missed delivery windows

Packages left unattended
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, including pickup, delivery, and shipped orders.
