Sullivan Farms is a family-owned regenerative farm based in Fayette, Missouri, providing pasture-raised, locally produced meat directly to consumers.

2. Product Availability & Orders

All products are subject to availability. Because our meat is produced in limited quantities and often sold in advance, placing an order does not guarantee availability until confirmed by Sullivan Farms.

We reserve the right to:

Limit quantities
Refuse or cancel orders
Modify product offerings or pricing at any time

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Orders may require:

A deposit
Partial payment
Full payment prior to processing or pickup

Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in order cancellation.

4. No Refunds or Returns

Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat, all sales are final.

Sullivan Farms does not offer refunds, returns, or re-runs once an order has been processed or picked up.

5. Pickup & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Arriving on time for scheduled pickups
Ensuring proper transport and storage of meat after pickup

Sullivan Farms is not responsible for product quality issues caused by improper handling, storage, or delayed pickup after transfer of possession.

6. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and consuming our products, you acknowledge that:

Meat is a raw agricultural product
Proper handling, storage, and cooking are required

Sullivan Farms is not liable for illness, injury, or damages resulting from improper handling or preparation after pickup.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sullivan Farms shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or consumption of our products or use of our website.

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and branding—is the property of Sullivan Farms and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
