The Standard Cut
(the most common cut option) -- we call the processor for you:
- Bacon: 12-18 lbs
- Pork Chops: 20-24 lbs
- Pork Steaks: 12-14 lbs
- Ribs: ~6 lbs
- Tenderloin: ~2 lbs
- Roasts: 9-11 lbs
- Ground Pork: 15-18 lbs
- Cured and Smoked Ham: 25-30 lbs
- Jowl: 3-5 lbs
- Neckbones: ~4 lbs
- Organ Meat: 1 lb liver, 1 lb heart
- Lard: 10-20 lbs
Custom Cut
YOU CHOOSE
Chops (approximately 30% of yield weight)

Roasts (approximately 15% of yield weight)
- Ham
- Shoulder
- Loin
- Butt
Ground Pork or Sausage (approximately 35% of yield weight)
Other (approximately 20% of yield weight)
- Ribs
- Bacon
- Jowl
Any cuts you won’t use can easily be turned into ground pork, sausage, or delicious brats.
You will also have the option of organ meats, heart, liver, head and lard.
Pick-up or Delivery
We can provide delivery on specific dates or you can pick-up from Davis Meat Processing in Jonesburg, MO. Shipping not available.
Put your deposit down now to RESERVE your whole hog. Once we receive your deposit, we'll contact you with all the details regarding processing, pickup, and payment completion.
Whole Hog Info:
Cost: $3.75/lb plus processing (Typical Hanging weight is 150-230 lbs give or take)
Note on processing cost: Processing cost varies depending on how you get your meat cut up. You will be responsible for the processing cost separately upon picking up your meat.
